One of the most beneficial exercises for a bad knee is the simple leg lift. This is performed by sitting on the edge of a chair, couch or even bad. You should put something underneath your upper leg so that your foot is slightly off the floor while you are in a seating position. You do this exercise by raising your lower leg from 90 degree angle to a full extended, straight leg position. You hold it stretched out for several seconds and then lower your legs. This is repeated several times before moving to the other leg.
Another one of the most beneficial exercises for a bad knee is the ΒΌ squat. This is performed by standing in an upright position with a chair in front of you. Put both of your hands on the chair. Move into the squatting position by lower one leg while moving the other leg behind you. Basically, you squat down on standing on just one leg.
