Exercises with weights can be very effective in toning muscles, including leg muscles. Bikes, including exercise bikes, are a time proven way to get your leg muscles in shape. Treadmills, elliptical trainers and stair climbers are all great fitness machines that will help you get some great leg toning exercises.
